Short staff always, untrained staff, zero compassion or empathy for the elderly residents. Management simply doesn’t care, just a complete disregard for the seniors, hours in fecal soiled diapers, not showered for a week, halls smell like urine and fecal matter , most residents have numerous bed sores, tragically sad place to visit and unmanageable to have to live in this place

We have found a place for my mom, and it's called Magnolia Crossing and Rehabilitation Center. She seems to be settled in. She's been there for a couple of weeks now and seems to be happy. She has a roommate; she likes it. The food is pretty good. We're very pleased. It's close to our house, so we can get there easily. The telephone in the rooms don’t work, they tell you that they work but it is NOT true. When you call and the receptionist connects you the line drops. They keep saying they will write up a note to maintenance but they never fix it. Over 7 months the phones do not work!!! Also, every time I ask my mother what she ate she says a sandwich and she’s tired of eating sandwiches. The staff is very rude, if you say anything they are extremely rude and they treat your family member badly if you complaint too much. This pla…
