I toured The Magnolia of Millbrae. I liked that everyone was very friendly, especially the staff. The community area was very clean and inviting. The staff was very helpful and very pleasant. The atmosphere, I felt very warm like I would like to be there. The layout was fine. The size of the apartment was too small for what we were looking for.

I have been very impressed with the Magnolia Retirement and Assisted Living Center. My mother has lived there for four years and is very happy. The food is excellent, the employees are caring, and there are lots of interesting speakers and outings. Best of all, the other people who live there are, in general, quite active and engaging. Magnolia of Millbrae was a large community. It's like one full block. It was spacious but was a little bit too large for my mother. I didn't think she could kind of navigate the area. The staff and everybody were very nice though. We had lunch there and it was excellent. The facility was clean, spacious, and beautiful. It's updated.

I went to The Magnolia of Millbrae. It's very nice, but very expensive. Anybody would want to go there. It's beautiful, it's very nice, they have three meals a day, they have housekeeping and laundry, and they have a lot of things for you to do during the day. You can choose to participate or not. It's just very nice -- nice grounds, everything. We know two people who reside there. I've been there at Christmastime, and we've had meals as a guest, so I was very familiar with the place.

The Magnolia of Millbrae was a good place. The dining area was really formal. It was a large room where everything was pleasant. The apartments were large and we saw a corner apartment which had a lot more lights than the others. It was very nice. The staff was very kind and very willing to help. Obviously, the owners care about what goes on there because it's being kept up beautifully.

Magnolia of Millbrae was done very well, from the lodging, to the food, and the atmosphere. They have trips and I'm going there next week for lunch with some of my friends that live there. The food is delicious.
