The Spires fails when actual health care is needed.

While the programming and facility at the independent living area here may be great, the area of concern at The Spires is when you or your loved one needs to be escalated to skilled nursing care. My father in law was moved to skilled nursing on Tuesday and it has been a total nightmare. Disinterested nurses and floor staff, incompetence, and a complete lack for human decency. Best choice for my loved one

The tour experience, was absolutely the best. It's been as good as having to make that choice could be. It's so hard to do but when you know that the place you have chosen is the best, there is a peace of mind that can't be duplicated. The staff and the beautiful campus, were the deciding factors with picking this place. Everyone from [name removed} father to his lawyer said it was the best facility they've ever seen.

Frustrated

They have not even called to ask how my loved one is doing. We have been trying to get in contact with the director and he has not been responsive. They need to get an activities director for the weekends and on Mondays and Fridays because there is not much going on. They are a newer facility but should have their things together by now, we have been very frustrated with the experience so far.

Magnolia Place looked great! They were in our top two choices - I thought they were excellent.
