My father was in this facility for several years. During his stay, I had to almost beg to get his room cleaned properly, keep him dry, and keep him safe. He fell several times, and was also constipated to the point of it taking the hospital 6 days to get him cleared out. Of course none of this is the facilities fault, just ask them... The worst part is after my father passed, they have refused to issue a refund for the prorated portion of his rent. The director [name removed] has acknowledged that she owes it, but…

Every staff member is friendly and welcoming Mom is a 2 room suite so it's plenty big but the singles look good too Cable is extra but all needs are met otherwise Mom complains about the food as far as no seasoning and same foods repeatedly served. I have eaten there and it's ok And she would like to see church services there Otherwise no complaints

I toured Magnolia Senior Living Loganville. It was very nice and very comparable to the other facility. It was nice and clean. One of the directors took me around, and it was great. She showed me everything. I went through several different areas of the place. I had no complaints with that. It just came down to a little bit more for location and price. I saw some of the residents were eating, some were watching TV, and some were doing puzzles.
