Do not send anyone you care about here. If I could give this 0 stars, I would. Raphael will tell you everything you want to hear when you go there for a tour, but don't believe it. When we first got there, we had to move furniture around... they didn't have a hospital bed ready... not TV set up, nothing. He is hardly ever at the facility. Maybe 1 hour on Saturday Mornings and also just to greet new clients. My mom was neglected and when she called out someone for doing something wrong, she was punished. The food is…
