I am/was a resident of this facility

I've been living in the assistant living facility for 4 years and I have been very fortunate to have this place to call home The food is great and they listen to us about what we like to eat and they provide it for us. The place is kept super clean and very nice spacious rooms with house keeping. We have a store in the front of the building and it has a lot of wonderful things from pop to all kinds of snacks and drinks. The staff is very friendly and very helpful and informative. discharge left a lot to be desired. No assistance or checkout process Family was left on their own and just walked out One instance where visitor waited an hour for assistance to locate a patient and patient missed a meal having overslept. Visitor had to call to get food delivered. Other than that, it was a good facility and they provided care needed. They had to make adjustments due to her condition and kept us informed at all times, even regarding minor incidents.

A perfect place for mom!

I believe that this was the best place for my mom. You have 24/7 access to her. The staff are welcoming and from day one they all called mom by name and were quick to recognize me as associated with her. The nursing staff is attentive and call if anything changes with my mom's health or needs. You are greeted with a friendly word as you enter the facility. Couldn't have picked place for Mom.

Continued care

Majestic care assisted has been the BEST place for my mom. She has been there in the assisted living community for about 18 months. All the staff there have been receptive to our needs for my mom, even down to the smallest detail. I ask for certain things to be done and it is accomplished quickly. Lia Price is awesome!! The way she is there for all the families and how she cares about each person is amazing. She makes herself available night or day to take calls from family members. WONDERFUL HOME FOR MY MOTHER!!

I am absolutely 100% satisfied with this place my mom now calls home! From management to the Nurses, CNA's. I have no complaints whatsoever. Staff are wonderful, friendly and available to talk if I need them. Facility is clean and well manicured. My mom's room is spacious and beautiful. I am thankful she is there, close to my home and well taken care of!! She likes to complain here and there about the food but she has always been a little bit picky with her meals, so I just keep her well stocked with x-tra food ite…

I am/was a resident of this facility

I have moved into Majestic Care of Fairfield Assisted Living. It is very caring and very clean. I'm in a studio apartment. The food is good. They have bingo. They do medications. They do laundry, and they help with cleaning. People come and take the trash from your room. It's a very wonderful place to be. It's very pretty, and I'm very happy here.
