Our family's experience

My Dad really like it there. He says they take good care of him. Everyone knows all the residents names. My dad had a bad week last week and when he didn't come down to breakfast like usual the waitstaff put his breakfast order in and went and got him. They check on him through the day. They do his laundry 2 times a week, and clean his room once a week including changing his sheets. They have multiple activities during the day and check in to see if he wants to join. Our family's experience

Dad is happy there and the staff are great. Staff Rating of 5. The food is about a 3 with some meals higher. I think they need more options if they don't want the main meal. The delivery of his meds is inconsistent. The activities are pretty good. I would recommend unless they're a foodie.

Our family's experience

5 stars on all accounts - very good facility. Food is not always the best, but otherwise completely satisfied. Staff is great. Can't comment on the activities because mom is too stubborn to join them. What I've seen appears to be ok.
