The community seems to be very clean, the staff members are very friendly and our loved one has only been there for a short while but so far the care is good. The food is good and the value for cost is pretty good.

So far so good. It seems like they do include our loved one, and everybody speaks to her and greets her as she moves around. The staff seem really friendly and nice, and they call the residents by name. The care seems to be good as well. They call once a month to give us updates, unlike other facilities we've had her at. And they ask if we have any concerns that we've seen. That makes me feel good that they're watching out for her and communicating well with our family. I haven't tried the food, but it looks good. …

We chose Elmcroft of Sagamore Hills because it was close to his home so he was familiar with the area it was in and we also needed a place quickly and they gave a great first impression so we went with them. I have been impressed with the room sizes, he has a view over the garden and the parking lot and it is just fine for what he needs. The staff are amazing here but they do seem to be short staffed. My father in law is a big eater and he never complains about the food, they are chef prepared meals. I would recomm…

I have looked at many Senior Living options and if my Mom were still alive I would not hesitate to have her at Elmcroft Sagamore Hills. What makes this community special is what the staff do for their residents, it is truly a team of caring professionals dedicated to making lives worth living. Exceptional housekeeping, housekeeping the the dining is wonderful too! Don't hesitate to consider this beautiful Assisted Living and Memory Care option... it truly is also one of the BEST values anywhere!!!

We were told that they took Medicaid but when we got moved in we found out that they did not. The community is nice and some were good but the amount of store put on our family was unnecessary. If you need assistance to afford this community i would look elsewhere.
