PositiveI am renting from an owner. Very expensive. In a year's lease and wish I wasn't. I only deal with the condo owner for questions and maintenance issues. There is a lunch and dinner to choose from. Lunch is in the small pub dining area with Sandwiches or choices from alternative menu. Dinner is in the formal dining room with menu choices listing soup, two entrees, 2 sides and a dessert. Apartment has full kitchen and laundry room with washer and dryer.
