The staff is wonderful with Mom - very caring and thoughtful. They keep Mom and her room very clean. It is wonderfully organized with many events to enjoy for the residents as well as with their families. Family can come and visit at any time - 24 hours. A huge plus to people who often have to work late. We are very pleased with the staff and the facility called the Annapolitan!

The room was amazing, the staff is caring and loving and treated her like family. There was a general attitude of caring but still providing residents with their independence. The nursing staff and management were excellent, the food was excellent and it is worth every penny to know that your loved one is being cared for. They have been pleasant, patient and helpful with my mom. They were very gracious with initial move in costs while we handled the sale of my mom's house. The nurse and director are very responsive. The housekeeper and maintenance guy are fantastic. My mom has made some complaints about the dining, slow service and not attentive to her dietary preferences, but those have been handled well. I feel confident that the team is caring for my mom. I do wish that they had a more welcoming outdoor space for the residents …
