CriticalAbsolute Total Letdown On Many Levels
We signed a resident agreement with Mangrove Bay in Jupiter on [date removed] paid the $[removed]fee and expected it to be our last address. It was for a period of one year at the monthly rate of $[removed]. On 1-1-26 the rate was increased 9% to $[removed]. We asked the manager about this and his answer was that’s the way we do things. We spent 3 1/2 years investigating this place and others and picked this place in the end.Everything that we were told and accepted as truth turned into a monumental train wreck on …

The memory care center has 3 or 4 employees who should get big raises as they are gems ( people with real empathy)..there are a couple of employees at the front desk entrance who would be better off doing research in the back room as they are definitely not "People people". PositiveHome away from home!!
I came for an unannounced visit to Mangrove Bay with a college friend. The staff was very accommodating and took us on a tour. We both loved the accommodations at Mangrove, and the wonderful size of the building. What I loved the most was that the staff knew EVERY resident’s name as we were visiting, and the residents knew every staff member’s name!! There was such an atmosphere of caring, and sharing between everyone!! I made up my mind immediately that Mangrove Bay was my new home!! And it still is!! Love it here…
