1st time going to a place like this. The staff was phenomenal. Professional, compassionate, knowledgeable. Kind and made you laugh. The patients were great, I made some friends. I learned a lot. Had some laughs. I knew I was important. I knew staff cared. This was one of the best experiences I have had in my life.

My dad is at Maple Leaf Health Care Center. We haven't been able to go and see him, so I don't know how he's doing, but I can tell that he is clean. I saw his fingernails were clean, he was neat looking, and his hair was combed. We saw him six feet apart and he was sitting on a wheelchair, so I didn't see him walk. I'm a nurse, so I was looking for how he was walking, how they transferred him, and that kind of stuff. They've been very nice, very cooperative, and trying to keep us updat…
