5 straight across. He loves it and very happy there and it's a great price! My father in-law loves it ! We just saw him yesterday and he said they treat him great . The food is fantastic (which is a big plus) he's very happy there. That's what we care about.

The reason why I'm taking Marbella Tracy is because I got a deal on an apartment for $2,545 a month, but instantly when we went in for the first meeting, they raised us to a Level 1, which added $700, which made it $3,200 a month, which is still better than anything I've seen out there so far, but I'm afraid they're going to try and do another level soon after my sister moves in. They take down the amount of the rent and then put you in a different level and keep raising it so your rent gets hig…

Unfortunately, I moved my mother to another facility that accepts her insurance . [removed], at the time charged us a very decent rate. Charges were increasing every month. My mother was diagnosed with needing Memory Care yet the charges didn't seem to make sense. If they already knew my mother after she was assessed medically, they should have been more up front on the à la carte charges that we would later incur. What we like the most about the community is - 1. It does seem like a senior assistant community. Mom can come and go as she please. 2. Her doctor comes to the home. 3. The room are condominiums.4. The transportation has not have as of yet, but I'm under the impression mom gets local rides. 5. I have eaten there four times . I was not disappointed at all. 6. The price is right for the Bay Area.
