Friendly facility

Friendly staff ......however, prices for a la carte services are a bit extreme. The price but we realized it was planned to increase the monthly dues quickly Once we moved in, the cost increased rapidly

Marbella was very inviting very clean and smelled wonderful . The staff were friendly the residents were happy and friendly. I/we really liked Marbella , the apartments are very nice and spacious. this move is for my father in-law and he really liked it.

Unfortunately, I moved my mother to another facility that accepts her insurance . [removed], at the time charged us a very decent rate. Charges were increasing every month. My mother was diagnosed with needing Memory Care yet the charges didn't seem to make sense. If they already knew my mother after she was assessed medically, they should have been more up front on the à la carte charges that we would later incur. What we like the most about the community is - 1. It does seem like a senior assistant community. Mom can come and go as she please. 2. Her doctor comes to the home. 3. The room are condominiums.4. The transportation has not have as of yet, but I'm under the impression mom gets local rides. 5. I have eaten there four times . I was not disappointed at all. 6. The price is right for the Bay Area.

Intake process was great.

My mom was physically a resident for only two weeks. My 5 rating is for the intake and the helpful, accommodating and personal service and support my mom and family experience. Although my mom wasn't there long, I would recommend Brookdale Tracy.
