PositiveI was recently a resident in this home for 5 weeks. I received the best of care due to a broken hip and the people who cared for me were exceptional. The physical therapy staff made sure that I worked out on a regular basis and that when I was released I was prepared to go home on my own. I can't imagine going anywhere else for Rehab because the treatment here was wonderful. The nurses and the AIDS took excellent care of everyone that I saw and the activities people tried their best to keep us involved in acti…

CriticalThis facility is a big mistake for anyone to go to. They don't provide the proper medication, They let you lie in your crap for 12 hours at a time. Patients behind the curtains are ignored, the staff say they will return and never do. If you are a needy person they avoid

CriticalBeware of this place it was a terrible experience. My sister was admitted due to rehabilitation from a car accident. I made the decision for her to go there due to false rating that I read. The staff ignore the patients to the point that my sister had to be readmitted to hospital from neglect. she spent an additional 7 days in John's Hopkins and had to endure 3 surgery to get rid of infection. The place is dirty the equipment is old and not functional. The bed didn't work for 2 days my sister had to stay …

PositiveMy mom has been at Marley Neck for over 16 years with Dementia. She has needed full care her entire stay. It's not a fancy place but my mom has been treated like I would've cared for her if I could have. Some of the staff has been there since her admit and they made sure to help her participate in whatever she could. Before covid I would have lunch with my mom but I had no worries when I couldn't see her for a while. We face timed to keep in touch. It's definitely a testament to the great care m…

CriticalThis facility is horrible. My mother was left in a room alone. The curtain stayed drawn, the door stayed closed, they put her food across the room where she couldn't get to it. And the call button stayed on the floor! My family voiced our concerns but nothing changed. She was there 2 weeks and went from 111 pounds to 94. The staff doesn't speak English so don't bother asking questions. DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE HERE. IT IS A HELLISH PLACE.
