Positivewould recommend
Elder care is expensive. My mother is adjusted to the new environment after about a month for being stressed out due to the change. Caregivers are helpful, attentive and seem to care. Mother is well taken care of. She is not very mobile so activities are limited. Overall we are happy with her new living arrangements. Better environment compared to a larger facility. More interaction with other residents. Better personal care. Probably better food at the larger facility.

CriticalWe toured Mary Adult Family Home when searching for a facility for my loved one. The room that they wanted to rent us was tiny with no bed or TV. They wanted to charge me for a wheelchair and the monthly cost was higher than some other facilities in the area that seemed better. The woman who seemed to be in charge was kind of judgmental. She kept asking me why I couldn't take care of my loved one myself. Also, the entry to the home was kind of weird, rundown and creepy.
