PositiveOur loved one has been at Mayberry Gardens for a year now and each month we've been more impressed than the month before with the care givers in house 3. These women are absolutely wonderful human beings that know how to care for the elderly with dementia. Their every need is attended to; nutrition, clean clothes, and a clean room/bathroom. They do it all!

CriticalMy Mom was in the largest room you have so that was great, but expensive. She needed very little care although wheelchair bound, she could get in and out of bed or chair and toilet by herself. She is not an easy woman. She did not participate in many activities but that was on her. I thought food looked good always, but she often complained but again not n easy woman. Staff ever changing and terrible on weekends but that's par for the course I have heard from other in similar places. Very clean.

PositiveWe liked mulberry assistant living. Very clean facility. They needed more staff who spoke English. My mother in law couldn't understand most of the staff. They need tools for lifting patients. They should be more proactive offering water and not have the patient ask for it. The staff was very nice. We donated her furniture and accessories. The place was always clean, only 15 rooms per building, making it more personable.

PositiveOur experience with House 3 of Mayberry Gardens has been awesome. Everyone is so attentive and very helpful in every aspect of the care for our loved one. They are tender yet expedient while caring for everyone in their charge. We had a family birthday party planned and the place was arranged that made it easy on everyone. They anticipated our needs and were just wonderful!

PositiveIt's a clean facility with good fresh meals in a kitchen environment . Is it perfect? No , but pretty darn good. My Mom is happy. I have recommended to others already.
