★★★★★
PositiveAnytime I have visited the staff has been very friendly and knowledgeable about what my Mom's needs are and knows her triggers. I have always seen a clean environment including my Moms room. The staff is in communication with me if there are items my Mom is in need of. Food looks delicious. Activities are engaging.
★★★★★
PositiveHe did like the staff, except one night time staff whom he thought wasnt entirely pleasant. He doesn't remember his name. He did say that he had to wait what he thought was a long time to help him to the bathroom overnight, but they may have been short staffed during that time. He likes the food. He said the activities were not well organized and sometimes he showed up to the activity and no one was there to run it so he had to go chase down staff. He thought the room was fine.

PositiveFor most of my mom's stay at Meadow Oaks, I was not in town. I'm her primary caregiver and that is the reason for her being in the facility at that time. My siblings visited her often and are probably better able to give an assessment; below are my sister's ratings. If we choose/have to do this in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to call Meadow Oaks. My mom seemed happy enough there though it's hard to tell with her memory issues. The community is also close to the hospital.
★★★★★
PositiveI would rate each category as "5". I was extremely pleased with their facility, the care, and the staff. Everyone interaction was positive and friendly. The food was excellent and they accommodated my mother when she wanted something other than what was being served.
★★★★★
PositiveAdmin, nursing, activity, kitchen and housekeeping staff are wonderful, caring and terrific. Only the sales/marketing office is "off" lead by a person who says "yes" to everything but rarely means it and constantly "forgets" verbal agreements. Just communicate in writing as you are moving in and get done with Sales...then the rest will be great.
★★★★★
PositiveThe facility was very nice and clean. Residents appeared to be well taken care of care of! The individual walking us through the facility was great.
