PositiveThe food is very tasty. The staff responds right away after you call and do their BEST to help you. The physical therapy couldn't possibly be better, as they truly care about you getting better. I feel I am truly cared about, as therapists even come to my room if they don't have available sling. Recommend for short-term therapy, which I'm receiving.

CriticalThe rooms are large. They never have enough staff. People sit in urine or feces for awhile. Minimal staffing. Staff don’t wear PPE in patient rooms, when indicated. RT staff seems knowledgeable.

In general, I thought Farmington Nursing Center was an excellent choice for someone who is looking a placement for a friend or family member. Farmington Nursing Center is a nice place and it is pretty and in a really nice secluded neighborhood and it is a mid size facility.
