CriticalFood is terrible, rooms are dirty and need a lot of updating and maintenance. Level of care is poor. My loved one survived only because I was there every day demanding that the CNA's do their jobs. For example, I had to regularly monitor and complain to management to ensure that my loved one was bathed weekly when the state requirement is twice per week. I had to monitor my loved one's bowel movements to make sure he was given laxatives when needed. It is ludicrous that I had to keep track of these things…

CriticalTerrible. Unless you have no other option, do not send your loved one here. Quality of care is poor. The rooms are filthy. Linens are stained and threadbare. The food is awful. Fixtures in bathrooms need repair. Some CNA's are lazy and/or rude and ignore call lights. Some LPN's are lazy and/or rude; for example, my loved one was missing medication multiple times due to not being reordered when the supply was running low. Employee turnover is high. Complaints go unanswered. Serious issues with management. The state …

CriticalThis place is terrible. I would not put my worst enemy in there! My boyfriend is in there, and his heater does not work. They never answer the call lights and never do laundry. Now that he has COVID and the room is in quarantine, they don't want to bring him his dinner or clean his room! They are just too lazy to suit up to come in. He walks with a walker and the lady that bought his dinner in tonight wanted him to come to the door to get his tray. I have contaccted the state.

CriticalI honestly believe this is the worst place to send the worst enemy to!! My mom was transferred to the hospital at 4:00 in the morning and this place didn’t bother calling me letting me know anything. I found out once my mother got to the hospital that she was being admitted
