My loved one was here. It has really gone down in the last year. Nasty floors! Starting to really smell like urine. A few of the caretakers are really good and care. Otherwise the employees aren’t trained and come straight off the streets. The Director, tells everyone of all the license he holds. He doesn’t hold any from the nursing board of Arkansas or Texas.
