Mom has a one bedroom apartment which is quite spacious and has lots of storage. The staff is very friendly and seems to know everyone by name. They have a lot of activities and posts in weekly. The food is excellent and is Mom's favorite part. The facility itself is very clean, but they're not often as thorough with the weekly apartment claims.

PositiveMerrill Gardens was warm and approachable from the moment to stepped in to the facility . While ,We were waiting to meet our guide, We were able to talk to the residence there. All, very happy! After touring the facility and watching how the residence and the staff get along, I was ready to move in. But, I am looking for a memory care unit for my Husband. PositiveWould recommend for caring environment
Like any place it isn't 100% perfect but it is good. The staff is very nice. The servers in the dining room are exceptionally kind and patient. We have had a couple instances where, as part of the room cleaning, they are supposed to change sheets but did not. However, when pointed out it was taken care of. Just occasional things like that but overall I would certainly rate it high when compared to similar facilities.

I like my apartment on the ground floor with its high ceiling and little patio. Most of the residents here are mobility challenged and are in the beginnings of senility. It is hard to find residents capable of an intelligent conversation. There have been a number of problems with medication failing to be ordered on time and subsequently missing in my daily medication dose. A number were my heart medications which I must have each day.
