Right now my views on Merrill are in flux. I sent a Valentines floral gift. My card was removed and placed in someone's office! I was told that flowers were no longer allowed. OK, only a bit of notice would have been nice. My step sister had to go in and demand the flowers. Prior issues were some one left the company and a lengthy email was sent out. It took at least 6 months for my uncle to get accumulated with the change. We had many challenges in the beginning... most staff were helpful. It seems very clean there. They do a lot of activities. The cafe has pretty good food. It has been a good fit. My uncle now calls it home after almost a year.

What stood out the most is the friendly staff and it is very clean. My stepmother is in Hospice, so TV is her main activity. The kindness that is shown to her and the care are very nice.
