PositiveThe thing I like the most at Merrill Gardens (besides not having to cook or clean) is the atmosphere..it felt good the day my daughter and I visited and it still feels the same now that I’m living here.. everyone has a smile and a hello and seem to be happy…I’ve felt welcomed by staff and residents alike..only 2 complaints… my TV hasn’t worked for over a week now and I miss it! Have turned in a work order at the front desk a couple times.. the other thing is no storage in the bathroom..I’m using a storage bin..I ha…

The person who sold me on the placement was great but minute I signed everything was chaotic and all over the place. Feces left in the hallway I had to report to get cleaned. It was not…

PositiveI am impressed with the staff. They are both friendly and anxious to help. The activities are diverse and seem to be fun for all. My daughter has made a number of new friends. My overall impression is a very positive one.
