Milestone Senior Living review

I have no problem where my mom is at. She likes it there. She's very adjusted. I think all the assisted living places are too much money to be honest with you, but that's my personal opinion. My mom does like it there. She's very happy with it. She has friends now. She doesn't have to see them if she doesn't want to. She has her own room so she has plenty of privacy her own bathroom which she loves. I told her it's like living on a ship you have to go down for meals, she never has to worry about anything else

Good Experience

My loved one really enjoys their time in. This has been a good experience for my loved one. My loved one has made friends and this is great to see. The staff communication with the family has been good, and they are good to keep us informed and answer our questions. The staff are very kind. I like the community, and it is kept clean. There are meals that are provided. I've even been able to eat with my loved one on occasion.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My mom moved in at Milestone Senior Living-Hillsboro more than a week ago. We chose it because it is a lovely place, and we like it. The staff is super friendly and very efficient. My mom's apartment is nice and we feel good about her being there. It has a kitchenette, a large living room, a nice sized bedroom, and a very nice bathroom. It is very expensive but very nice. Mom said the food is good, and the dining room is very nice and very large. They have games, card games, and a beautiful library with an aqu…

Milestone Where We're Family Not Just a Guest

I would recommend you check the community out for your loved one. The staff are easy to work with. The communication with the family is very good as the staff are good at keeping us updated about our loved one. My loved one is very active with their activities provided. It seems more like a family, as the staff gets to know all the residents. There are three meals a day served, and there are choices for the residents to choose from.

I visited this facility

Milestone Senior Living - Hillsboro was a very nice place. The memory care rooms were large with private bathrooms and large windows that looked out to a field. The pro piece was that it was close to my dad's pastor who could visit him often, and it was also in a community that was into farming, and so a lot of the residents were farmers. We have chosen Milestone Senior Living for dad, and he moved there last December. The girls are really nice, and they take good care of him. It's a very clean and nice place. The staff is very helpful and kind. It's a good location. It's right in town, in a residential district. He's not really able to participate in any activities.
