PositiveThey were extremely compassionate and caring with my mother. She was always clean and seemed content. My mother was in memory care and the staff was amazing. I don't use that word lightly. I was updated on her condition regularly. The staff was there for her and I during her final days. I can't recommend this facility enough. Compared to the other facility she was in, it was a night and day with care.

PositiveThe staff take very good care of my Mom. They are very attentive to her needs. Mom is happy there. Always clean and well kept. Staff is very friendly and my mom has a special relationship with them. They provide a high quality of care and when mom needs medical attention she gets it. CriticalMill Creek Assisted Living was more somber and not nearly as light and refreshing. They were preparing to get on a bus to go and get ice cream, and so everybody was all excited about the trip to the ice cream store. There was not a lot of interaction. PositiveI was able to visit Mill Creek Assisted Living. We got a lot of good information. We were very impressed with it. One of the best things was they have medical staff that are readily available. They also have a doctor that comes monthly or twice a month, the staff said. There is someone who can administer pills, and they have transportation to the hospital in case the person needs to go or to doctor's appointments. That is what we liked best. The facility was nice. PositiveThe Mill Creek Manager, Clinical Director and staff are always professional and very helpful. There are lots of activities for residents. It is a friendly and safe environment and residents are treated with dignity and respect. Resident apartments are very nice, fitted with multiple ways to call for service and grab bars where needed.
