Review for Millbrae Paradise Retirement Home

One of the main things I am most happy with is that [name removed] who is the administrator of the house really tries to stay on top of things. She gives me updates and lets me know how my aunt's doing mentally and physically. She sends me pictures and tries to do little special things like polishing the ladies nails. My Aunt has a hearing problem so she will call my aunt so that my aunt can read the captions on her phone they can chat. My aunt just loves that. Made a hard life change as easy, comfortable and loving as possible. Would highly recommend

The staff genuinely cared about my dad. That was noticed and felt by him and my brother & I. They were very interactive with my dad. Always playing games, singing, doing artwork etc. as much as my dad hated having to be moved into a home, I feel this one made it the easiest and most comfortable for him. They would always send me pictures and videos of him which especially during Covid meant the world to us. I never worried about if he was being cared for there. Fits our needs perfectly

We have been very pleased with Millbrae Paradise. We chose this facility because the lady who runs the place speaks the same language my mothers does. The room sizes here are huge, she has 2 sets of drawers, a big screen tv, and a bed. I would definitely recommend them to others who are looking. It has been a great fit for her needs.

Friendly, safe, and clean

They are amazing, they've been super helpful. They have done a great job with the Covid-19 pandemic making sure all the residents remain safe. The community never smells, its always clean, and there are never any spills. They do seem to be a little understaffed only because the two women that work there always seem very busy with providing care. Adding some staff might alleviate some of their workload for the better.
