[name removed] bedroom is an adequate space with bathroom off of it. The showers are close by and staff oversees her showers. Her bed and a couple of pieces of furniture make her room seem more homey. Wendy appreciates the staff person who does laundry once a week. The director is exceptionally warm and helpful. Other staff are doing their best. My daughter is having adjustment issues right now and staff is working with her- redirecting her when necessary. [name removed] dementia is frustrating for her. What I like best about MillView of Latham is the size. It's small. The size of the room is standard. Upkeep was average, and it needed work. They were dealing with a septic issue when I was there, so it did not smell nice. They have an activity room, but it's located in a basement, so you have to take an elevator to get to it. They had a small library-type sitting area. The dining area was just your average eating area. It had tables, chairs, and no assigned seating, but they do serve you.

Very pleased with the support. I would recommend to others very much. The community is relatively small and tight knit with staff that care. There is plenty of activities and social interaction. The facility is will kept and the menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner are also very appealing. Most of all the residence are comfortable and well cared for.

MillView of Latham was wonderful. It looks like a nice place, but they are a little above our price point. I liked the size of the community. It's relatively small. I liked the number of activities they have to keep people involved, engaged and busy. That was nice to see. The rooms were very clean and nicely set up. Positive and very cooperative with communication and actions both individually and as a care team. Smiles are seen all the time on staff and those being care for. I recommend nothing being adjusted or changed.
