But I AM reviewing first impression of one particular staff member when making inquiry about visiting my loved one and Covid 19 protocols during visitation. My husband is in rehab at Mission View Health Center. It's clean. I think it's as safe as they can make it, and that's important. It is pretty outside, but it's very plain inside and kind of depressing. The colors that they have on the walls are calming. It's basic, plain, and an old nursing facility. All the families are trying to get in there at the same time, so I cannot get in to see him until May 19. I've been calling him three times a day, and I talk to him on the phone. The therapists at Mission View Health Center were very good, and the aides were very helpful. The staff was very attentive and treated us well. One of my therapists downloaded some apps for me, like puzzles to work on my memory and cognitive skills. Some days, the food was very good, but other days, it was fair.
