Modena Green Oaks

Refusing to refund $1,000 deposit after it was cancelled due to patient having to enter hospice. Promised it would only take a couple of weeks and has now been 3 months. Cruel and heartless.

I think Modena did an excellent job in the sales process - they have a great sales director named [name removed] who is super passionate about the facility. The move in coordinator [name removed] made the process very simply and they are responsive and communicative.

Fraudulent and Deceptive Practices

The Sheridan at Green Oaks is wholly incapable of caring for your loved one or family member and should not be trusted. Their deceptive practices exhibit a disturbing disregard for the wellbeing of the residents. My grandmother was a resident. The staff was deceptive throughout the tour and vetting process. They fraudulently induced my family to enter an agreement for the care of my grandmother. I visited this facility

It was very secure and very high-tech. They have not only a motion detector but also a certain sensor where they can tell if a patient has fallen, so they can respond quickly. The staff who gave us the tour was very friendly and very open. It just seemed less homey than the other place. It seemed almost like a hotel, and the hallways were a little bit darker.
