PositiveThe tour was very informative. The person conducting the tour was thorough and hospitable. She took the amount of time needed to explain every thing. She even took me on a side trip to the Cafe and Farmer's Market. It gave me a good idea of the area of Assisted Living for Modena.
★★★★★
PositiveOverall very happy with Modena It was expensive but worth it I felt like the caregivers truly cared for the residents. The rooms were lovely. It was a very classy place that I know my mom would have loved if she was capable of deciding for herself
★★★★★
PositiveThe advisor I worked with from A Place for Mom with was very helpful and sent me information that I requested -was very pleasant and courteous and prompt- all of which a person likes to see when working with an agency. It is a very nice place. The food and service are excellent and I find the staff very courteous and helpful whenever I need to engage them.
★★★★★
PositiveStaff was always there when needed. The staff were very friendly, courteous, professional, and they treated my mother-in-law as a family member. We weren't just a number, they took the effort to know us.
★★★★★
PositiveVery good experience with all staff. The moving process was efficient and meds for my Mom were set up quickly. Very friendly staff. Excellent meals. Paying a bit more than some other places for this quality of care and attention is worth it
