Montclare Supportive Living Community

Been living at Montclare for one year, Vicki helped me move here all the way from Nashville. She made sure my apartment was fully decorated. I talked to her almost everyday, because I was scared to do this big move. She ensured me I was going to be ok. When I arrive they had a welcome sign and my favorite cake. I knew then I was in good hands. I love everyone here. Because everyone are so kind and so caring. Koko the nurse always goes over and beyond for me. A wonderful place to be!

The Montclare Supportive Living - Lawndale was very clean. The residential rooms were very nicely laid out. I like the fact that they had two separate seating areas, one kind of up a couple of floors and then one on the lower main floor. I like the outdoor seating area with the gazebo. It was a very nice facility. They were in a game of bingo when I was there. They had a little issue with the elevators. They had just finished lunch, possibly, and the dining area had not been cleaned from the lunch, so it was a litt…

The Montclare Supportive Living - Lawndale looked very grand just from the outside without stepping in. And when you go in, it was nice. The room that we waited in was nice. Everybody seemed friendly, and the residents looked happy. The staff who assisted us with the tour was very professional and accommodating. The laundry room and the beauty shop were nice. The bedroom that we saw was nice, too.

Please Power of Attorney Onfile

My comments are meant to be a help for family members that have a loved ones living at Montclare-Lawndale. My brother was a resident there from [dates removed]. When he completed his original application and all required paperwork he did not have a Power of Attorney on file, he was in pretty good condition health wise. As a family member we had no knowledge of him moving to this facility. All was going well. However, he became ill, was transported to to a local hospital, from there he was referred and transported…

Staff is very accommodating and nice

I am very happy and pleased with this facility so far. All of the staff members have been so helpful and very accommodating. I really like the director and she was amazing in getting my cousin set up and finalizing the paperwork. When I went to go move my cousin in, the facility didn’t have a one bedroom apartment that was unfurnished. Instead of having us look for a new place or downgrading to a studio, they offered us a one bedroom furnished apartment for no extra charge! From what my cousin has told me, the food…
