I continue to be impressed, almost on a daily basis. The staff, individually and collectively are thoughtful, caring, and enjoy supporting the residents in whatever way they can. A small example, my rolling walker was squeaking as I walked down the hall. One staff person contacted the building maintenance foreman and the next day he arrived at my door to repair it for me.
