CriticalThis was my second time at Montowese the first time was a bit better. This time it was terrible. Bed was uncomfortable food is horrible cna's had an attitude but I had a kool roommate. Was warned but didn't listen. Actually asked to be transferred to another rehab facility

PositiveMy husband was a patient at Montowese for several months, on and off. He was a very difficult patient but the staff were infinitely patient and provided magnificent care - saving his life twice through timely intervention. The most impressive aspect to me, as I visited daily, was how clean it was and how it never smelled anything but clean. PositiveOur experience at Montowese was Wonderful, and my family and I will be forever greatful. My Aunt stayed there 4 weeks after complicated stomach surgery Aug /Sept.2015. All the Nursing staff on the second floor were quite attentive and very caring, The CNA's answered her call bell timely and treated her kindly.
