Morada was there when we needed them. We needed short term placement for a family member who had no suitable place. The administration/sales team were flexible and had a great solution for a respite period. The "apartment" was fully furnished and meals were accessible. It gave him the clean, safe, quiet place needed for healing. We found no other facility in the area that had the services we needed on such short notice. Independent Living Apartment found for friend with short memory

Everything has been great. Very caring staff. In independent living, the amount of food is good, and some dietary alternatives are available. But the quality is institutional level. On the other hand, cost is reasonable & included in rent amount. They were able to place my friend on 1st floor right across from a retired colleague from work in the same apartment layout. It was easy to plan his move because I knew where most of his furniture would fit. Morada Cedar Hill has nice deep closets in bedroom and at entry.

I was really impressed with Morada. It was clean, full of great amenities and looked very inviting as a future home for my sister. [name removed] was wonderful as she gave me a tour of the facility and answered my questions. I was so impressed that my aunt has expressed some interest in relocating there within the next two years.

It is so clean, and it's a very friendly place. There is so much to offer, I love it! I would recommend the community to others who are looking for a place!

Mostly satisfied

Very difficult to get maintenance done. Overall, would recommend. Have to stay on staff about repairs, but they will get them done.

Just what we needed, at the right time!

I'll give it a 5, mostly because your sales and admin team were so easy to work with, even stay a bit late on a very dark, dangerous evening when I was a having difficulty getting there in the hail and rain. I have already given a shout out to A Place for Mom for being the only Independent Living facility that has a furnished room when we so desperately needed one. It is quiet and your desk staff is incredible. I will definitely recommend to others in need.
