PositiveI would recommend the community to others.
We love the staff, especially the administrator and the RN. They have been very kind and helpful. The facility is always clean and nice. The apartments are nice. The only complaint I have is that there has never been a printed menu since my mother moved in on January 2026. The food is average. I would recommend the community to others. It was much cheaper than any others in Moore or Shawnee and they have managed my mother in laws medication and kept her safe. We have been pleased.

Well not knowing what to expect I was very pleased with the whole experience. They took very good care of my husband. The staff was very friendly and helpful to him. The room was very sufficient for him they made it very comfortable and decorative. His concern was a recliner would have been nice but that's because that's what he is use to at home. His laundry was done and folded nicely and bedding changed routinely. He commented that the food, three meals a day, were quite tasty. The staff night and day always answ…

From the day we went there to inquire about the facility, everyone there including the administrator were very kind and concerned about the residents. The facility is very nice, the cost is more reasonable than others we toured, but the staff is one of the main reasons we chose Morada. Our mother moved in [date removed] and we have been very pleased.

It sounded wonderful when we first went there in February. Unfortunately there was a delay due to some repair work & my mom didn't move in until mid May. There was a big turn over in staff & my mom was very disappointed in the place & she moved back to her house mid July. She did not receive the care we thought we signed up for. She had many complaints about the food.
