My parents reside here & have for over 5 yrs. In speaking w/ them recently they were concerned about an appliance in their apartment & its performance. They phoned the office, & with the help of [name removed] & [name removed] in the ofc. & the Maintenance dept….they are receiving a new refrigerator!!….as a daughter who lives long distance this is so comforting . Ever since I moved in, Assistant Manager [name removed] has been asking me to submit a review, so I think I will. I have been a resident for approximately fifteen months and I have noticed the complex slipping in quality since I moved in.
