PositiveI thought it was well-managed and thoughtfully designed. Their programs seem well-matched to their residents’ needs and I appreciated all the personal touches for each resident. In the end, they’re memory care only and that’s not the right fit for mom at this time.

Staff is friendly and helpful, cleanliness is good, room size is adequate. They offer plenty of activities. The nursing staff is very responsive and have her ready for appointments when we ask them.

My relative shares a room. It would be nicer if he had a little more room but I don't think he cares. Food is very good, activities are fun and stimulating, senior staff is very responsive as is most staff. However my cousin was given a walker, was not monitored and fell he suffered a hip fracture and underwent surgery and quite a bit of manful rehab. I think the facility is well kept generally. I have Concerns though now that it's Changing hands.

It is a wonderful facility. They are friendly as soon as you walk in the front door. The employees all greet you with a smile. It is bright and cheerful. They are always doing activities with the residents. Their caring and friendly staff make it feel like home
