PositiveStaff are very caring, food is a silver award winner for senior living. Common areas were just updated with new carpet, paint, and furnishings. Plenty of activities with two or more outings a week provided by their own bus. Apartments are spacious. Onsite beauty care, Physical/Occupational Therapy. One draw back are electrical breakers for the rooms which are only 10 amp so you can't use your mini fridge and microwave or coffee maker at the same time. CriticalThe staff are very nice and the apartment size is good. He likes the meals and dining hall. My dad expressed that there aren't many activities he's interested in though and there seem to be a lot of fees, especially the community fee of $[removed]. They also are pretty understaffed on the weekends and there isn't much support in terms of med techs and nursing staff there.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff overall have been very warm and welcoming to my mom and our family. They have attempted to address any concerns or issues we have discussed. They have a Can Do attitude and seem to want to help. The residents seem happy there, too!
★★★★★
PositiveWe chose this facility because of its convenient location, competitive daily rate, cleanliness, and responsive staff. The level of care was exactly what my husband needed, and he especially loved the food and activities offered.
★★★★★
CriticalThe staff is wonderful, the rooms are decent sized, well lighted and airy with plenty of closet space. The building is very clean with nice decor. My biggest issue, and one that came up only recently, is the lack of communication from management. I have called the last three days in a row and asked for return calls and have not heard from them. I am sure that they have gotten my messages because the receptionist is great and always on top of things.
★★★★★
Positive1. [name removed] in Sales was very empathetic and patient during the application period. She is invaluable. 2. [name removed] in Accounts gave timely replies and corrections to financial queries. 3. Members of my family who live in the same state sent me videos of a lively dance party celebrating her recent birthday! 4. She looks well cared for
