Mosaic Gardens Memory Care at Chandler

Was not impressed with this facility. When we toured, several residents were in the activity room and the only thought that came to mind, was they all looked like zombies. They were not interacting, rather just sitting looking into space. The facility itself was dated and needs some refurbishing.

It would be okay for someone with full blown Alzheimer’s. However my husband is not there . The sales person was great!!!! It’s not a good fit for him.

Overall please with the facility

For categories 1-8 I give them all 5. This was an awesome facility. Very clean and the staff kept them in engaged and busy daily! For the residents, the facility has a monthly calendar listing there daily activities broken down in 30 minutes increments. This keep the residents involved and engage. I was very impressed with Mosaic Gardens Memory Care at Chandler. It was good lighting. There weren't any smells. There weren't any obvious things that would cause me to be concerned. They talked a lot about their Montessori style of care, which I am very interested in. I think my mom would do very well in a community that is inclusive. chandler is an excellent place for your loved one

We love that the community is not crowded. The staff really seem to care and they interact well with the residence. The community's communication is very good. I would definitely recommend this community to others

Bad Experience

I am hesitant to write this review because I rarely do bad reviews but in this case it is warranted. My mother is currently staying at Chandler Memory Care and they taking very good care of her. [Name removed] and the other nurses are just wonderful. The problem is with the bookkeeping and how they have overcharged my 86 year old dad.
