I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

my grandfather was there for a few months. he had been doing really well, and only got moved there because he had a foley. after being there a short time he deteriorated rapidly, and even got a serious infection. the place feels overcrowded, understaffed, and very dirty. I visited this facility

I didn't like Mountain Villa Nursing Center because it was overcrowded. I also didn't like that some of the staff will leave residents in the bed yelling and the nurses will walk around them and will not even help them. It was pretty clean and some of the ladies were very nice to us. They were doing some remodeling when I was there.

They had more sta…
