PositiveAn excellent place to live.
I enjoy living at Mountlake Terrace Plaza. Everyone here, including team members and fellow residents are kind and sweet. I find that being a part of the hospitality committee helps me feel like I have an excellent purpose. It is easy to make lots of long-lasting friends. Time sure flies when you are having fun! The food is good, 3 meals a day, laundry once a week makes life easier. This is a happy -go lucky place to live.

PositiveI met my contact person who was both friendly and professional. We had a quick snack before walking around the facility. Everyone on the staff as well as the residents were very friendly. It is a well kept establishment with nice rooms and recreational areas. Pricing was quite fair actually and they do offer discounts from time to time. I will definitely consider this place when it comes time to make a choice.

Well, when we came for the initial tour, they talked about having happy hour every Wednesday night but it's actually like a little concert and they have to sit down. They don't really get to mingle so I think that more you know activities to make people social and comfortable would be better. The facility staff is all very nice and helpful.

Mountlake Terrace Plaza was excellent. The manager was good. They were very hospitable and they were excellent. They tried to help us, but unfortunately, my parents were not qualified there. The facility was very good. I liked it very much. The nice thing was they had a yard with gardens. It was very clean and fresh. The manager was very nice and kind and was trying to give resources to us, even when she was busy. I just walked in. I did not have an appointment and she accepted me. I went there and talked to her.
