CriticalI brought someone there that's 93 years old and needed supervision and some help moving. They did not provide that at all. The level of care was not good at all. They would not help with bathing, would not even so much as turn on the TV for her (because the news was on and they said it's depressing, even though it's what she wanted to watch, etc.) just overall bad experience.
