I. The process of being admitted to Mustang Creek is highly rated. 2. The Food, my husband had no complaint. 3. The cleanliness need improvement. In their rooms and the common area. 4. More compassion, patience, kindness and a lot of education in dealing with memory deficiency residents. Perhaps a nite sheet check list every hour or two might be implemented. My loved one not receiving the medication on schedule even though they have been moved into another building that pays for more assistance but does not receive it. We have to constantly be on the management to make this happen. It was a lot of BS in the beginning from management to get our loved one signed in but once that happened the care went downhill.
