The staff here are careless and inattentive. They constantly ignore the needs of the people they’re supposed to be caring for and show little to no compassion or urgency. Communication is poor, and concerns are brushed off instead of addressed. I would strongly advise never placing your loved ones here. They deserve far better care than this.

We toured the memory care at New Perspective Waukesha. They also have independent and assisted living. It's like a resort or amusement park. They have many amenities and facilities. It was very impressive. The staff was great, helpful, friendly, enthusiastic, and proud of the facility. They have a pool, a big physical therapy room, games, and exercise.

We chose New Perspective Senior Living Waukesha. We were there for lunch. We're looking at independent living, but we also confirmed that we could stay in that same apartment and progress to assisted living if need be. The facility itself was beautiful. It was new, very, very clean, it had an indoor pool and it had beautiful ceiling tiles and areas to give it a little bit of an ambiance. We toured New Perspective Waukesha and we were impressed with it. They were very accommodating and very kind. It didn't have all of the activities that the other places have and my dad needs more people to be around him and more social things to do. The place is very nice. The dining area has a restaurant look and feel to it. The residents are very nice. They seem outgoing and happy. They have a movie theater, a fitness place where they do exercises, a bar that's open every evening, a library, and a pool.

All aspects of this facility are geared to caring for seniors, including all levels of care. The staff works with our limitations but capitalizes on our strengths and interests. The quilt show, craft fair and Christmas sweater contest are just a few things I’ve enjoyed since I've been here. I highly recommend this facility and staff to anyone considering a senior living situation.

Everyone at New Perspective Waukesha was extremely friendly and welcoming. The environment was warm and welcoming, almost resort-like. It's beautiful and it feels like the people make it like home. They have individual senior apartments, assisted living, and memory care. There's a monthly calendar that comes out are there's happy hour every day from Mondays to Fridays.
