My father was in rehab here and it was a horrible experience. The people that work there don’t really care about the residents. My father was supposed to be transported to dialysis two times a week and they messed up not one but two Saturdays in a row not sending him with the lift he needed to get into the chair for dialysis. Mom At Newcastle Place

Our mom is at Newcastle Place in assisted living. She is very happy and being well taken care of. Also, no Covid infections from staff or residents. That is awesome. Keep up the great work. It is a relieve to know mom is safe and comfortable.

Tough decision

If you are looking for an assisted living you should definitely look at Newcastle place. It was a difficult decision to make to come here but I am happy I did so. I am satisfied living here and would recommend it to anyone.

Perfect View

I have lived at Newcastle place the last several months. I love in the Assisted living and told my daughter she couldn't have done better in finding me a good home. I moved in during Covid and Newcastle has made me feel right at home. I love it here!

Memory Care Newcastle Place

My mother is in Memory Care at Newcastle Place Mequon. She was also in the rehab area. I am very satisfied with her care. The building and grounds are beautiful. The meals are very good and there are choices if the main entree is an item not preferred. The physical therapy is excellent. What I like the most is the activities people.
