I got a lot of positive reviews from community members and that was a big reason why I chose Newton Village for Mom. I also visited the facility and liked their updated rooms and apartments. I liked their meal plans and also their activity schedules, and they already had some accolades as far as accrediting some good things about their facility. Decided to stay in Des Moines Area and suburbs

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. However, they did not accept medicaid which would have eventually been an issue for us, so we ended up selecting another community.

This place is wonderful for the right person. Not for me right now. I am much too active for this type of place.

Toured facility this morning. Impressed with facility cleanliness, staff, and resident activity.
