CriticalIf you are looking for a skilled nursing physical rehab facility do not send your loved one here . This is the facility is not capable of caring for somebody that needs any type of medical attention or assistance of any kind. Some of their nursing staff does not treat their patients with any empathy compassion and dignity. The only thing they can do is hand out medication and that’s it. PositiveWe used Noble Horizons a couple of years ago. My cousin was there for rehabilitation, and that was a very good experience. She was very happy there, she liked it, and she would have gone back there the second time, but they didn't have a room for her, so she went to another facility instead. They had an assisted living area as well and a lot of activities.
