Wonderful place to live

The size of the apartment is good for my husband and I. We have a two bedroom with a balcony. I feel like the staff is very accommodating friendly and professional. The only feedback I would have that's negative is it feels like maintenance of the property itself is a challenge for the staff. It takes a long time to get approval for projects that need to be done. We were told our balcony would be replaced the summer we moved in. It's now been two summers and it's still not done. Highly recommended

We have a new manager, [name removed], who has made definite improvements. Activities are put on by the residents and they do a wonderful job with both food and games, etc. Both indoor and outdoor maintenance remains good. Our Janitor has taken over (included) the outdoor maintenance, so we will have to see if his duties with the added responsibility remains on the plus side.

Friendly and helpful residents

The reason is I am not used to apartment living. I've never lived in an apartment before. This is going to take some time for me to adjust. We have a staff Manager, [name removed] , that comes once a week. She has been very helpful. The activities and Holiday lunches have been well attended by the tenants.
