Edgewood Senior Living

My Mother has been in Edgewood for about 16 months now and our family is very satisfied with her care there. She is able to partake in many of the activities, bingo, sing alongs, visits from school children , small horse visits and harp playing guests to name a few. Also, all the staff have been wonderful and thanks for the nursing care when needed...we are so appreciative!

My loved one had a very short stay at Edgewood. He had an accident a couple weeks in, and was unable to return to the community because they don't offer skilled nursing. The time he spent here was positive, and if I had the option to bring him back, I would. I really like that their memory care unit was all on one floor. That way the residents had easy access to the dining room and other common areas. My loved one is healed now and would be able to return back to Edgewood, but I've decided to keep him at home inste…

Friendly and attentive staff, a nice community

Edgewood Senior Living gets 5 stars all the way across, the community is very clean and the staff members are very attentive. Even the maintenance team know all of the residents by their first name. They have daily activities get gets our loved one out a couple times a day. Based on our overall experience so far with Edgewood Senior Living we would definitely recommend this community to other families

Our Experience at Edgewood

We’ve not been here long, but hands down, they're better in the first 24 hours than the place my loved one was at previously. Now we’re about a week in, and people come when we ring a buzzer. All the staff are friendly and helpful, and they do what the care plan says. My loved one absolutely loves their food, and he did not like the food at the other palace at all. We’ve been very pleased with Edgewood so far.

A happy place for mom

I would choose it in a heartbeat. It's one level and there is an easily accessible community area. Very welcoming to family members and the room sizes are good. The food is good. I would recommend this facility to others.

Caring staff

I like that the community is all on one level, no elevators. The food is not that great. The community is really nice the rooms are great. My mom has a one bedroom unit that works great for her. Staff is good, they really care about the residents.
