I live at Northridge and we have an activity director name Marie and Lexi Marie did a fantastic job yesterday at a meeting. We had the activity girls we have had to taught me so much about people that cannot comprehend things so good job Marie and Lexi and happy spring to both of you and Maddie I just want to say hi and I love talking to you about your dogs happy spring

My sister was here in 2016-17-18 and I have a friend there now for one year. Rooms are adequaate - not cleaned well or often enough. Interactions with staff are difficult as there are so few english speaking employees, I do not believe they take my friend from the bed except when absolutley necessary. She is partially paralized. She ges no social activity. There are no ammenities for my friend - Dialysis 3 times a week.

My brother recently entered Northridge with some very challenging needs. The level of skill, care and attention received exceeds expectations. While the facility may be a bit dated, it is clean, comfortable and there is a fair bit of activity going on..... residents seem happy. The staff works as a cohesive team, the front desk is helpful, there are good safety protocols in place and, the food presentation and quality is surprisingly good. Our famiy is very pleased with our experience at Northridge.

I highly do not recommend sending anyone here . This is the worst nursing home . They left my family member sitting for 3 weeks with no shower . They are rude . Everytime i come visit there are no nurses on floors when needing help . I have to go and get things for my family member because the nurses say they would and never come back . It is horrible definitely need better staffing . The nurses here are horribly trained talk to the residents with no common sense also treat them with no respect and are very lazy an…

My wife is in North Ridge Health and Rehab. It is just an average nursing home. The help is always difficult for my wife. Some of the staff are not trained, or some are not trained properly, or they do not care for their job. My wife said that occasionally she gets a good meal, but on average she doesn't. They have a dentist's office and medical people come in. They have a recreational room for them to gather and do activities. They have landscaping out there and what the residents call a platform to smok…

The staff at this nursing home is terrible they think it's funny to leave people lying in pain and agony . Going to the bathroom issues and then teasing about it so they say. Never getting them up and out of bed to get sun light, fresh air ect. They may be short staffed and busy, or not, but they need to be better to the people that are in there. Someone better do something about this and soon. Ze
